Hey awesome people!

Armands here, stopping by to spill some beans about myself. I’ve been calling Scotland home since 2004, originally from Latvia. While I’ve lived in a few countries before, my heart found its place in Scotland, thanks to its abundance of incredible landscapes. Being an outdoors person, I am soaking up the perfect setting to enjoy nature.

In 2010, I graduated with a BA in Professional Photography, always finding joy in capturing couples. My aim has consistently been to bring out the most natural side of couples, showcasing their connection and personality in my portraits. This is why I have a special affinity for smaller weddings and sessions with couples alone, where we can take our time, enjoy, laugh, and create magic without the constraints of tight timelines.

When I’m not capturing portraits, my focus shifts to my family—goofing around with the kids or taking leisurely walks. Fishing provides my calm time; sometimes, just sitting by the bank is enough for me. Whenever possible, you’ll find me indulging in hillwalking. I’m a big sucker for some delicious cake and a good pot of tea.
