Hello everyone, today I will share with you a great Scottish Canadian wedding photography story. Luke and Meaghan came all the way from Canada to tie the knot here in Scotland, Edinburgh. From very beginning I knew it will be awesome day. These guys are buzzing of love and passion :) We had a loads, loads of twirls and movements. Well…not so much movement from Luke :) This time Meaghan did all twirls :)
For boys day started with a hot shave at The Players Lounge on Rose street, Edinburgh. I have never seen one, but looks like lots of fun. Meanwhile girls had a full steam getting ready going on at the Scotsman Hotel. Make up person and hairstylist did fabulous job and everything was working well. Then everyone walked up to the Edinburgh Lothian Chambers for nice intimate ceremony. Only mums and dads were attending this ceremony. It is funny how this year I have photographed quiet few small weddings and I just love it. Quiet few of them were coming in from abroad too. The good thing is that I have more time to spend with couples and create some interesting photography.
After ceremony we all went for best afternoon tea in town. Awesome Balmoral hotel just opened Palm Court and OMG it looks soo beautiful. Best brownie I have ever tasted. Then we went outside and guess what, there was this awesome young boy playing guitar and of course in my head that meant FIRST DANCE :) It was just perfect! After little dance we went to bottom of the Arthur seat and I revisited few places what I did before and also tried new locations. Back in town afterwards and guys really wanted to go for a pub visit ( pub crawl ). Few cigars smoked and we were done for the day.
BTW I also learned new term “pub crawl” :) never heard this before and loved sound of it :) I’m not a pub person, but could use it as a shoot crawl :)
Anyhow lets get back to images. Like always it is been extremely hard to choose the set, but here it is. I hope it will tell you a nice story and you will have a good feel on how the day went.

Guys had a such a great time and day just went by sooo fast. I wish I could visit all location I planned, but still really trilled with these images. I’m really thankful to Luke and Meaghan for choosing me as their wedding story teller. Hope they had awesome time on honeymoon. They went to most romantic place, Paris :) My wife would pack the bag anytime to go to Paris once again. Every time we go there, we just love it.
